BAND PROGRAM

 Ø  Band Program began in 1988 under the direction of 1st Band Director Ubaldo Montesino.

 Ø  Superior Ratings, FBA District Marching Band Assessment (18 years)

Ø  Superior Ratings, FBA District Concert Band Assessment (16 years) and State Concert Band Assessment (2 years)

Ø  Superior Ratings, FBA District Jazz Band Assessment (12 years) and State Jazz Band Assessment (3 years)

Ø  Numerous Superior Ratings in Solo/Ensemble Performance at District/State Level

Ø  Invitational Performance in the National World War II Memorial Dedication Parade, Memorial Day 2004, Washington, D.C., representing the state of Florida

Ø  AUXILIARY = Our Majorettes have won multiple N.B.T.A., T.U., U.S.T.A. and D.M.A. Regional and State Championships; U.S.T.A. National Champions (2001); Numerous Disney TwirlMania Parade and Show Corps Championships, Team of the Year/Disney Hall of Fame (2004), and Corps of the Year (2006); and were 2007, 2008 & 2010 Drum Majorettes of America National Champions

Ø  Invitational Performance at the USS Missouri in Pearl Harbor, March 2009, honoring the 50^th Anniversary of Hawaii’s Statehood
